07/21/21 - This brief details improvements that can be made to the early game progression to help improve D1 retention. These improvements are entirely data driven, relatively easy to implement, and can be AB tested.
06/22/21 - This brief details Store Improvement Goals we’d like to implement to try and improve Payer Conversion and ARPPU.
06/18/21 - This feature will showcase Superstars currently available in both Gacha and Offers as well as those the player already owns, and will randomly cycle through them on the Home screen with accompanying BUY or VIEW buttons based on context.
06/16/21 - This spec requests adding the Training Mission Redirect functionality to RBEs and Daily Tasks while illustrating ways the UX of the latter two can be made more consistent with Training Missions. It also illustrates the need for more working Deep Links as we continue to add features.
05/27/21 - This spec will first analyze inefficiencies with current Store assets including plate and details screens for Offers, and then propose improvements after referencing competitive products.
05/25/21 - This brief details additional steps in the FTUE right after the user chooses their team where they can select their starting lineup, one player for each of the five positions, using a set amount of Draft Funds which they cannot exceed, so they must choose their players carefully.
05/18/21 - Sidebar Buttons should promote and direct users to the game’s hottest Gacha and Offers, should be entirely data driven via an Excel blueprint, and the feature should be able to support multiple buttons that can be ordered by priority on the left margin, with each able to cycle through different icons that can deep link to different locations.
05/18/21 - These Gacha UI improvements will not only add an auto-cycling, scrollable carousel to the top of any tab to showcase more content easier, they will also market player packs better by featuring the Max Power, an Info button for more details, and an improved countdown timer.
05/14/21 - This document details a new type of fast, frenetic gameplay that more closely
mirrors the excitement of an actual basketball game and showcases the Superstars by being able to perform their showstopper abilities often.
05/13/21 - Sidebar buttons should promote the game's biggest strength, our elite Gacha, and the Superstar preview should show the skill and athleticism of the players to get fans hyped; this feature will accomplish both!
05/06/21 - As we continue to add a multitude of different Offer types to the store, it makes sense to implement a logical, user friendly system which preserves all the options without the clutter.
